The Emmanuel Church Story
Founded in September 2017 by Simon and Kate Walker, Emmanuel Church began as a small gathering in their home.

Emmanuel Church began with a simple vision: to build a community of Jesus followers where anybody and everybody could find a home where they can honestly explore what they believe and learn to worship.
We are a church built on knowing and following Jesus. We do this through following the teachings of the Bible and activating our faith through worship, prayer, community, service and mission. We long to help people experience the life-changing love of God for themselves.
Our journey began in the living room of Simon and Kate Walker in the Autumn of 2017. A small group of people gathered to share their lives together. Over the following years Emmanuel has grown into the vibrant community it is today. The things we experienced as a small community of people learning to believe continues to shape us as we grow. Our gatherings are relaxed, informal, and you will be able to participate as much or as little as you choose.
